Severities and recommendations start from a catalogue of 14 defect types lined up with the NASSCO PACP families, written so that the urgent end of the scale is reserved for genuine failure — a break, a hole, a collapse — and an offset joint is not sold as one. Every default is editable, and nothing is printed until you approve it. The grade that reaches the homeowner is yours: a PACP grade comes from a certified operator's coded observation, and the report never pretends otherwise.
The honest limits, printed on every report. A camera run is non-invasive and visual: it does not cover branch lines the camera never entered, sections it could not pass, the inside of joints, or any leak test. Defects can exist that a camera cannot see. Before a homeowner authorises major excavation, the report tells them to get independent confirmation.

What does it cost?
The app is free, and you can run as many inspections as you like. The first two report exports are free; Pro is a one-time $9.99 that removes the export limit, puts your logo on the report and takes off the watermark. There is no subscription.
Do I need a special camera?
No. You photograph your existing monitor with the phone, so it works with whatever push camera you already own.
Does it work without signal in a crawlspace?
Yes. Inspections, photos and reports are produced on the phone.
Is this a NASSCO PACP assessment?
No, and every report says so in as many words: this is a documentation and estimate tool, not a NASSCO/PACP-certified structural assessment, an engineering evaluation, or a home-inspection report. A certified pipeline condition assessment is a different deliverable by a certified operator.
