DrainReport Privacy Policy

DrainReport is designed to keep your work on your device. We collect as little as possible.

What stays on your device

All inspection data — homeowner and address details you enter, findings, photographs of your camera monitor, recommendations, and generated PDF reports — is stored locally on your iPhone. It is never uploaded to us, and we have no server that receives it. You control it: delete an inspection in the app, or delete the app, and it's gone.

We have no account system

DrainReport has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the app.

Purchases

If you buy DrainReport Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple and managed through our payments provider, RevenueCat, Inc. To validate and restore your purchase, RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction and an anonymous app-generated identifier. It does not receive your inspection data, photos, or any personal contact information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

No tracking, no ads

We do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Photos

The app uses the camera so you can photograph your inspection monitor. Photos are saved inside the app's own storage for use in your reports. They are not sent anywhere by the app.

Children

DrainReport is a professional tool intended for trade use and is not directed to children.
