What is a tally counter?

A tally counter is the hand clicker used to count people at a door, laps or stitches: press the button and the number goes up by one, turn the knob and it goes back to zero. A digital tally counter does the same job on a screen.

TallyTouch is a digital one that keeps the best part of the clicker: you count by feel. In eyes-free mode the volume buttons do the counting — up adds, down takes away — and every count lands with a haptic tap. Unlike a clicker, it can undo a miscount, count in steps of more than one, show your pace per minute and keep up to three named counters for free.

What people count with it

Reps at the gym and laps in the pool. Boxes on a shelf. People through a door. Rows and stitches in knitting. Each counter has its own name, step size and milestone, and you switch between them in a tap and pick up where you left off.

Free, with a one-time Pro

Up to three named counters are free. TallyTouch Pro, a one-time purchase, adds unlimited counters, goals with minimum and maximum limits, and history.
