Giftwise Terms of Use

Giftwise (the "App") is published by Ilia Filiaev (the "Developer"). It is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which governs your use of the App: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

In-app purchases

Giftwise Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Restore Purchases in the App brings Pro back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
