Orikomi privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

The short version. Orikomi has no account, no ads and no tracking, and it asks for no permissions. Your progress stays on your device. The only outside service is RevenueCat, which confirms whether you have bought Pro.

What stays on your device

This data is saved in the app's own storage on the device and is never sent to the developer. Like other app data, it may be included in the backup of your device that you make with iCloud or a computer; Apple handles those backups. "Reset progress" in Settings erases it.

What Orikomi does not do

Purchases and RevenueCat

Orikomi Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Orikomi uses RevenueCat to confirm the purchase and to restore it on your other devices. For that, RevenueCat receives the App Store purchase information and an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID. As with any online service, it also sees the network address of the request. It does not receive your name or email, and the data is not used for advertising or tracking. Apple handles payment; Orikomi never sees your payment details.

Sharing

When you finish a puzzle or a model you can share a picture of the folded shape. The picture is drawn on your device and leaves it only if you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet.

Ratings

After a few solved puzzles Orikomi may ask for a rating with the standard iOS prompt. Apple shows and handles that prompt; Orikomi does not see your answer.

Children

Orikomi is rated 4+ and collects nothing beyond what is described above, from anyone, including children.
