PocketBeat (the "App") is published by Ilia Filiaev (the "Developer"). It is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which governs your use of the App: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

In-app purchases

PocketBeat Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and it is processed by Apple. Restore Purchase in the App brings it back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
