Why Easter moves, and why there are two
Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the church's spring full moon — the first ecclesiastical full moon on or after 21 March. The moon in that rule comes from tables, not from the sky, so every church gets the same answer from the same calendar.
The Western churches work it out on the Gregorian calendar, the one on your phone. Most Orthodox churches apply the same rule on the older Julian calendar and convert the result. So the two Easters either fall on the same Sunday or, in this century, the Orthodox one comes one, four or five weeks later.
Western Easter can fall on any day from 22 March to 25 April. Orthodox Easter, in this century, falls between 4 April and 8 May.

Two other days hang on Western Easter, so they move with it: Mothering Sunday in the UK is three weeks before, and Vatertag, Father's Day in Germany, is Ascension Day, 39 days after.

Orthodox Christmas does not move with Easter: it is 25 December on the Julian calendar, which is 7 January on ours every year until 2100 — from 2101 it falls on 8 January.
